The lobby and restaurant staff at Pullman were warm and welcoming, and the restaurant's grilled shrimp skewers were fantastic. However, my room was outdated and not as clean as expected, with some unpleasant details like dirty carpets and a poorly functioning shower. Parking fees were an unwelcome surprise.

The hotel has a great Art Deco vibe, and we loved relaxing at the pool. Plus, the close proximity to the airport made our stay easier, especially with our son's autism support dog. Breakfast had a good quality selection, which was a hit with the family.

For dads, it would be great if the shuttle was more reliable.
